Cancelled bookings are charged according to the schedule below. Cancelled bookings cost us revenue as we are denied the chance to rebook the space for other members at short notice. 

48 hours or less notice will be charged at 100% of the booked time.   
48 to 96 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the booked time.   
96 hours to 1 week notice will be charged at 25% of the booked time.   
More than 1 weeks notice will incur no cancellation charges.

Please Note: There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule whatever the reason for the cancellation.

Damaged caused directly by the Hirer to equipment of The Strawberry Studios or the building, such as dropping or pulling over a Flash head, will be chargeable at the full repair rate on the day of the hire. General equipment failures such as Flash tubes or electronics failing will not be charged.

In general enough equipment is included within the inclusive price for most needs. The 'Inside The Studio' page shows what is included. Other exceptions to this are listed below.  All electricity used is included provided it is for The Strawberry Studios equipment.

We reserve the right to make a charge for clients own, such as heavy duty Tungsten lighting.  Overtime charges if applicable. Cleaning charges will apply if The Strawberry Studios is left dirty and not As Found. Colorama backdrops will be charged at £10.00 per meter.

The booked time needs to include sufficient time to both set up and clear away back to the As Found condition of The Strawberry Studios.

Whilst The Strawberry Studios does not clock watch to the minute we reserve the right to charge extra time in excessive cases.

The Strawberry Studios operates a strictly NO SMOKING policy.It is a condition of our building insurance that smoking is prohibited, and therefore Models and Photographers found smoking may be asked to leave.

The Strawberry Studios entrance is directly on the buildings main car park where you are allowed to smoke.
